Ken Paskins is the Founder of GCE Strategic Consulting. He is an accomplished Bridge Integrator & Executive / Integrator Coach available for engagement. Ken brings a broad range of leadership experience, including operations, sales, acquisitions, strategic planning, and P&L management (up to $500M) from employment within Fortune 89 represented enterprises with over 25 years of experience.

Ken is a results-oriented, decisive, and direct executive with proven success in leading organizations using the EOS® - Entrepreneurial Operating System® for more than five yearsKen has worked in various industries, company sizes, and funding stages, helping companies get "unstuck."

Ken has sat in over 60 EOS® Quarterlies and 8 EOS® Annuals, leading hundreds of L-10s, and is a proud member and graduate of Mark Winter's very first EOS® Integrator™ Masterclass. Ken has also mentored and coached numerous Integrators and Visionaries, helping them get to the next level and achieve their goals and is Co-Founder of The Shift Spot which is dedicated to helping CEOs and Visionaries grow.

Bob BuWalda

Sr. Partner / Fractional Sales Executive

Robert "Bob" BuWalda is a specialist in projects supporting revenue optimization. 

Bob brings 40 years of experience to building and leading high-performance sales teams.

Bob has worn many hats and has vast knowledge and expertise in identifying revenue growth problems, creating solutions, and problem-solving through project-based consulting engagement.

He is an expert in building compensation plans for Executives, Sales, and individual contributors. As a leader and coach, he is experienced with GWC reviews of sales teams and in most CRM systems and mapping leads to revenue steps to support accurate forecasting. Additionally, he has experience building vertical market segmentation strategies that have grown revenue from $5M to over $100M in high technology environments.

Bob has extensive experience leading teams in virtually all technology sales disciplines including computer hardware systems, networking, technology software, application software, and management consulting services. He has led sales teams in the direct, indirect, and channel sales models.  If you have a revenue issue but are unsure of its cause, Bob is an expert at discovery, resolution plan creation, and plan execution.

James A. Franklin is a proven sales leader with over 25 years of success in building and leading B2B sales teams selling software/SaaS and professional services. Serving as a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Jim delivers advisory and operational services for B2B companies resulting in predictable, repeatable, scalable, and profitable revenue.

Jim has expertise in Revenue Operations (RevOps) methodology and processes. He has a unique ability to link Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations across the customer lifecycle to drive efficiency and keep all teams accountable for revenue.  The goal is clear - increase your revenue.

 Jim has demonstrated he can move deals forward, improve forecast accuracy, hire, and coach great sales teams. Jim has experience leading organizations to crucial revenue and growth results and has positioned numerous technology companies for acquisition.

Perry Tanner

Director of Strategic Relations

Perry Tanner joins GCE Strategic Consulting following a successful seven-year run at Cohere Technologies. Before that, he held executive leadership positions at EMS Technologies, and a 20-year career at Scientific Atlanta, Inc. Perry has held various marketing, sales, and operations positions, including serving as general manager for two Scientific Atlanta business units. Tanner focuses on developing partnerships with EOS® implementers and other partners in the ecosystem in his role with GCE Strategic Consulting.

Perry’s experience both leading businesses and overseeing marketing in various executive roles apply to his role at GCE, where our Integrator Recruiting, Integrator Training, Sales Operating System®, and Strategic Consulting are well known.

Joshua Shale

Fractional Integrator / COO

Joshua Shale joins GCE Strategic Consulting with over 25 years of experience in data, software, and technology businesses, focusing on Organizational Management, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy. Joshua was recently a co-founder and COO of Speedeon Data, where he was the Integrator for a successful EOS® implementation leading to revenue growth from $2MM to over $20MM. Before Speedeon Data, Joshua held positions at VoltDelta in Product Management, Marketing, and Development in the data and contact center lines. Joshua has additional experience in SaaS software platforms, Marketing Technologies, and Enterprise Software. Additionally, as a Five Year Member of Vistage, Joshua has had an up-close experience with various additional businesses, including manufacturing, business services, and distribution.

In addition, Mike has experience in small privately held and holding companies, both private and public, with a multi-location, national footprint with revenue exceeding $160 million.

Mike is a results-oriented leader that focuses on developing high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals and create positive value for stakeholders.

Additionally, with over ten years of experience as a small business owner, Mike has unique insights into the challenges facing today’s business owners.

As an EOS Integrator®, with his comprehensive knowledge of operational leadership, Mike is positioned to help Visionaries and their organizations overcome challenges and grow to the next level.

Brian Ramsey

Fractional Integrator

Brian joins CGE Consulting Services with over 30 years of experience in engineering, construction management, and management consulting business areas. He is a successful business builder with a strong focus on strategy, marketing, operations, and organization development, along with experience leading M&A and significant organizational change initiatives.

Brian was an EOS Integrator® for several years, working with Expert EOS Implementers® and company Visionary. He later completed the EOS Basecamp® Training Program and became the in-house self-implementor for the small business units within the company. He has since assisted small manufacturing and IT consulting companies with their self-implementation efforts.

Brian was an active Vistage Member for over 25 years, assisting firms across various industries in working through their most challenging issues.

D. Ray Freeman is a charismatic leader with over 15 years of client-facing experience in consulting and delivering digital transformation solutions. For 4 Years, I have managed a book of business P&L of $12+ Million dollars and operating with Gross Margins of 40%+ As a Project Lead (PL), I led the rapid growth of the 2019 startup, ADAPTOVATE, an affiliate of Boston Consulting Group. I was responsible for leading consulting cases valued from $1M to $100M USD and driving sales revenue from $200k/month to over $1M/month in <3years.
